Returns & Exchanges

We want you to represent the Frisco RoughRiders with pride, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
